About Us
As a full professor, coordinator of several EU projects in higher education and research, and a European project manager, we propose personalized services to help institutions enhance their participation in European initiatives, in all domains.
We support educational and research institutions, associations and companies in the design, coordination, writing and management of their European projects.
Our experience : Having worked as a team for over 10 years, we successfully obtained many Erasmus+ projects (mainly Erasmus Mundus, European Alliances, MIC) and Horizon Europe projects (in particular Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions). Drawing on this experience and our complementary expertise, we intend to support new actors in achieving success with their European projects.
Our role : to be at your side at every stage: from design to drafting and implementation, giving life to your ideas through a project that follows the rules and standards of the European Commission. We help you find the right words, the right strategy and the right method to turn your ideas into ambitious and useful projects and to secure European funding.

Sandrine LACOMBE
Full Professor
Full Professor in Sciences at Université Paris-Saclay, she has a strong experience and expertise in international and European activities. For the past 15 years, she has been the director of the Erasmus Mundus SERP Master’s programme (www.master-serp.eu), which has successfully obtained EU funding four times. As a researcher, she obtained an FP7 ITN project (ARGENT) and MSCA individual fellowships. She was also “Chargée de mission” to the Vice President for Research, to develop institutional practices for European project development.She was “Chargé de mission” for the Vice-President for Research to improve practices for Europrean projects development. As Vice-President for international and European affairs of Université Paris-Sud, she enforced the Erasmus+ strategy (Erasmus+ mobility and ICM). Later, as Vice-President for Université Paris-Saclay, she also initiated the construction of the European Alliance EUGLOH and coordinated the project writing for the two first editions. In total, more than 10 major projects have been selected under her supervision.
Eva Renouf
European project manager
She has been a European project manager at the Faculty of Science of Université Paris-Saclay for more than 10 years. Holding a Master’s degree in international relations and European affairs, she has in-depth expertise in European funding programmes, particularly Erasmus+, and is proficient in all stages of the project life cycle: from design and writing to administrative, legal and financial management. She particularly coordinated the elaboration and writing of 3 successful Erasmus Mundus projects of Université Paris-Saclay, for which she is currently supervising the administrative, financial and reporting issues. She also contributed to the implementation of Erasmus+ ICM projects at the Université Paris-Sud. She also brings experience in recruiting staff and training them in project writing and management.
